Katy Sunshine Fest Sponsors

The Sunshine Kids is a non-profit organization dedicated to children with cancer. Established in 1982, they are committed to providing positive group activities and emotional support for young cancer patients. The Sunshine Kids provides a variety of programs and events, free of charge, for kids who are receiving cancer treatments in hospitals across North America. This allows the "kids" time to be around other cancer fighters and time to forget about their treatments!

The Prudential Gary Greene team members were honored to present a check for $31,000 to the Sunshine Kids as a result of our April 22nd, Katy Sunshine Fest 2010 event. Thanks again to all sponsors and attendees who supported this worthy cause which funds trips for children with cancer. Difficult financial times have been experienced by many this past year; however, we were proud to have raised slightly more money than we did in 2009. Our attendance was approximately 700 invited guests.

The date is already set for our 2012 event—March 31, 2012. We hope to have continued support from our current sponsors and add many new sponsors as well. This sponsorship gives you prime exposure to a select group of Katy's current or future residents. Your sponsorship dollars go to a great cause while you gain the recognition of backing such a wonderful organization. Most of us are touched either through family or friends with cancer success stories.

We ask you to consider sponsorship of Katy Sunshine Fest 2012 as you prepare your 2012 budget. If possible, consider a higher level of sponsorship. We are happy to work with you to incorporate your ideas into our planning process. We have created a website where we will feature news and planning for the event along with all the forms needed to become a sponsor (www.katysunshinefest.org). On the website you will also find a quick slideshow of last year's event.
